The Calidris flight computer can record your flight path, and with the push of a button, return to where you took-off. Your friend can then pilot the aircraft, or simply push a button and have the Calidris repeat your flight path to the water. The Calidris can then sail like a boat, powered by the electric motors.
So how do you get it to the airport? While you could use a trailer, the Calidris is designed to legally travel on roads. Only a motorcycle license is needed to drive the Calidris. Hop-in, drive off, and get ready to fly.
